Seeking a contract designer

We’re seeking a designer to help with our various web/graphic design needs at GrepBeat, Primordial Ventures, and Jurassic Capital. This includes designing websites, presentation/pdf templates, web graphics, event print materials, merch, a touch of video, and other random things that pop up.

We design our own stuff now. Our websites are done in WordPress (GrepBeat) and Squarespace (Primordial, Jurassic, and Colopy.com). We tend to craft our graphics in Pixelmator and Illustrator and use Google Suite for our slides, docs, etc.

We envision a ten or twenty-hour week retainer contract to design whatever we need — it spans lots of small things and sometimes medium/large things. We err to Triangle-area candidates who can sometimes be in our downtown Durham office.

We see this as an awesome opportunity for junior or senior designers. We’re creative people who do interesting things — just mediocre designers. Thus, the need for help!
